Countdown to Fall: one week! {pumpkin dip}

It has been starting to feel a bit like fall around here for a couple weeks now. There is the occasional nip in the air, the crisp breeze, the pink sunsets coming a bit earlier each night. I have already broke out some of my fall decorations (still working on the rest). I have put away the summer clothes and bought new hoodies, sweaters and cute hats for the kids. I have also busted out my Crock-pot cookbook in preparation for some delicious, belly warming dinners. Apple picking, fall family photos and a trip to a fun local farm are on the calender. Despite all these things the first official day of Fall is actually September 23rd, one week from today! In honor of the start of my favorite season (and sadly the shortest in our part of the country) I am going to do a countdown of all things fall for the next week! Hopefully the Fall-love is contagious!

Today I am sharing a delicious recipe for pumpkin dip! It is super-easy and perfect for fall get-togethers! My friend brought this dip to a Harvest party last year and after one taste I had to have the recipe! Wherever I have brought it it has been a big success! It tastes delicious served with apples, gingersnaps, graham crackers etc. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients:

1 8oz package cream cheese
2cups confectioner's sugar
